Top 3 Places to Visit in San Diego

1. La Jolla Cove

There are plenty of things to do at La Jolla Cove. Going down to the beach, the rocks and within the Cove, itself are recommended.
My second recommendation is to check out George's at the Cove for a great view and great food. It is a pricey establishment, but it is worth it.
Aside from that, expect to see a lot of seagulls, families, tourists, and locals. The excessive traffic makes it hard to park near the beach, so try to park a few blocks away to avoid some frustration.

2. Sunset Cliffs

As a professional landscape photographer and I frequent Sunset Cliffs to find inspiration and beauty. I have visited here at least 50 times and I always find postcard-worthy photographs. I would recommend this location for any locals or tourists in the area. You cannot go wrong, even on a not so sunny day. I have attached some of my photographs here.

3. The Gaslamp

I could not finish his list without talking about the gaslamp. The main attraction here is 5th Ave, which is lined with many different bars and clubs. Even with covid-19 wreaking havoc on the world, San Diego has managed to be responsible and still allow people to mingle. There is outdoor dining for any cuisine you are in the mood for such as Italian, Brazilian, American, Mexican, and Irish. I recommend stopping in Barley Mash on the corner of 5th and Market Street as a starting point.
