Excited to announce that I am on the Cover of E.P.I.C. Magazine North County Edition. This edition runs from November-December of 2020 to close out the year. Thanks again Virginia Rodriguez for reaching out and bringing this project to light! Here is a blurb from this edition:

"The beautiful cover image, Seaworld Lights by local artist Brian McClean reminds me that there is light even in the darkest of moments, if you look for it. Brian said that visibility was tough the night he took this image, and he used a long exposure to capture as much light as possible. This is a fitting metaphor for patience during the dark times in life. As the saying goes, “the darkest hour is just before dawn.”

In this issue we have tips on moving from trauma to wellness, enhancing your intuitive abilities, tracking your mood and energy swings, and empowering yourself through times of change. With the holiday season upon us, it’s a great time to practice the advice to slow down on our Spirituality page.
